I started my aerial journey in 2018 but was sidelined by an injury for nearly two years. When I returned, I quickly burned out competing with myself, trying to make up for lost time. Over the last few years, with the help of my coaches and the community, I’ve shifted my mindset, embracing the mantra: Progress over Perfection. Learning is not linear, and setbacks are part of the process. I believe in showing up, celebrating the messy moments, and finding joy in the journey.

​I encourage cross-training and exploring different classes, as there's so much to learn from all the different teachers and apparatuses. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to grow. If there’s something I don’t know, I’ll work to find the answer or connect you with someone who can help, so that we can keep growing together.
